H-SWRI cage offshore in Virginia

This cage was moored 25 miles off the Virginia coast-1996.

It withstood 2 Hurricanes.

A NOAA buoy < 1 mile away recorded 45 ft seas and winds

> 90 mph.

No damage to fish stock.

Minimal damage to stanchions.
