This listing contains all of the journals and magazines currently subscribed to by the NOAA Central Library. It also contains some open access journals on topics of interest to NOAA. Access to the full text of hundreds of additional journals is available through the library's subscriptions to the Wiley Online Library, JSTOR, EconLit, Hein Online, and Lexis.com. Over 6,000 additional journals are available through the Directory of Open Access Journals.
Over the past two years, the NOAA Central and Regional Libraries have been forced to cut a large number journal subscriptions due to budget cuts at NODC. To better inform our patrons of these cancellations, we have created an online listing of the journals cancelled in 2012 and 2013.
The library also provides a searchable journal listing of all journals subscribed to by all of the NOAA libraries, but this list is out of date and is not always a reliable indication of our current holdings.
