This section includes images and videos related to TIROS and other meteorological satellites. The digital images are included in the NOAA Photo Library's NOAA in Space collection that contains over 530 photographs in low and high resolution JPEG format. The videos displayed below are selected from the NOAA Central Library's digital video collection. The original VHS and/or Betacam SP tapes have been converted to MOV and MP4 online formats. Each video listed below can be viewed in both MOV and/or MP4 formats. Please allow time for downloading. Each video opens in a separate window.

The NOAA in Space photo album includes over 530 digital images in low and high resolution in JPEG format. The album is available via the NOAA Photo Library, a virtual collection of over 35,000 photographs organized, digitized and annotated by
the NOAA Central Library Staff.
